The entry-level engine is the 1.4-liter turbo-charged gasoline engine with 150 hp and 184.4 lb-ft of torque. It features the cylinder on demand system, which switches off the second and third cylinder temporarily at low and medium loads (like when in traffic), thus helping reduce fuel consumption. With the seven-speed S tronic transmission, the Audi Q3 delivers an efficient 39.9 – 41.3 US mpg.
